Scott, born in Sleepy Hollow, NY, studied both Fine Arts and Architecture at Pratt Institute receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with distinction in 1991. His ongoing endeavors continue to integrate architectural, photographic, and various fine art mediums from practical output to the conceptual.

Scott is currently working in Europe preparing for a forthcoming exhibition.
